Louis Vuitton In-Store Visual Merchandiser

1. Collaborate with Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
2. Develop store zoning for each product category in collaboration with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
3. Coordinate with Area Visual Merchandiser and local suppliers for window and backlight installations.
4. Manage window product changes for each rotation.
5. Prepare product lists for new displays and install products according to global guidelines.
6. Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events and support related product actions.
7. Document and report visual merchandising setups to Country-Area Visual Merchandiser.
8. Monitor sales performance and adjust product zoning accordingly.
9. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure retail standards are met, including lighting and product presentation.
10. Share visual merchandising directives and feedback with Client Advisors and store teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
2. Experience with multicategory brands, including ready-to-wear.
3. Proven track record in supporting store business through visual merchandising.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
5. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
