1. Collaborate with Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
2. Develop store zoning for each product category in collaboration with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
3. Coordinate with Area Visual Merchandisers and local suppliers for window and backlight installations.
4. Manage window product changes for each rotation.
5. Prepare product lists for new displays and install products according to global guidelines.
6. Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events and support related product actions.
7. Document and report visual merchandising setups to Country-Area Visual Merchandisers.
8. Monitor sales performance and adjust product zoning accordingly.
9. Maintain retail standards by ensuring product presentation and store environment meet Louis Vuitton's criteria.
10. Ensure lighting and product displays adhere to brand standards and manage prop quality and reordering.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
2. Experience with multi-category brands, including ready-to-wear.
3. Proven track record in supporting store business through visual merchandising.
