1. Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the VM calendar, collaborating with the Country VM lead and store management.
2. Collaborate with Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on sales trends, new launches, and VM guidelines.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising through active floor presence and training of store teams.
4. Support stores in event setups, maintenance, and special requests.
5. Coordinate with Country VM lead and local suppliers for window and backlight installations.
6. Manage window product changes for each rotation.
7. Ensure the store environment meets luxury standards.
8. Oversee the reordering of props and maintain cleanliness of in-store storage areas.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.
2. Proven track record in supporting brand image and strategic sales for multi-category fashion brands.

1. High proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Strong partnership skills with store management teams.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising is required.
