1. Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the visual merchandising calendar in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store management.
2. Collaborate closely with the Merchandising and store management teams to ensure store changes meet business needs.
3. Report and provide feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Managers following each product rotation.
4. Maintain high standards of store presentation through active floor presence and frequent training of store teams.
5. Support store events by assisting with setup and execution.
6. Coordinate with the Country office, suppliers, and business partners to ensure flawless window installations and campaign image integration.
7. Manage product rotations according to window guidelines.
8. Ensure the store environment adheres to the highest luxury standards.
9. Oversee the reordering of props and manage the visual merchandising budget.

1. Background in Visual Merchandising with over 2 years of experience in retail, particularly within multi-category fashion brands.

4. Proactive and strategic mindset with flexibility to work extended hours.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion industry is required.
