1. Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the visual merchandising calendar, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store management.
2. Work closely with the Merchandising and store management teams to ensure store changes align with business needs.
3. Provide feedback and reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Managers after each rotation.
4. Maintain high standards of visual presentation through active presence on the floor and regular training of store teams.
5. Support stores in setting up events.
6. Coordinate with the Country office, suppliers, and business partners for window installations and campaign images.
7. Manage product rotations according to window guidelines.
8. Ensure the store environment meets luxury standards.
9. Oversee the reordering of props and manage the budget.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail multi-category fashion brands.

1. Strong sense of style, art, and fashion with attention to detail.
2. Professional attitude and responsibility.
3. Proactive and strategic thinking.
4. Ability to work flexible and extended hours.

A minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising, preferably within multi-category fashion brands.
