- Plan and execute all product rotations in alignment with the VM calendar, collaborating with the In-store VM Manager and store management team.
- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team and store management to ensure store changes align with business objectives.
- Report and provide feedback to the Country VM Manager and Store Managers following each product rotation.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation through active floor presence and frequent training of store teams.
- Support store events and special requests, ensuring seamless setup and execution.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of out-of-store events.
- Coordinate with the Country office, suppliers, and business partners to ensure flawless window installations and campaign image integration.
- Manage product rotations according to window guidelines.
- Ensure the store environment meets the highest luxury standards.
- Oversee the reordering of props and maintain cleanliness of in-store storage areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail multi-category fashion brands.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of style, art, and fashion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, strategic mindset.
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours.
- Strong team player with a sense of ownership and passion for the brand.
