- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Oversee store maintenance to uphold luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props, and furniture are in pristine condition.
- Stay informed on visual merchandising trends and conduct market research to provide detailed feedback and suggestions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt swiftly to the evolving needs of the business.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Manager, Senior, and Expert Client Advisors to share insights and challenges.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and crafts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly in both written and spoken communication in French and English. German is considered an asset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
