1. Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for each rotation.
2. Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
3. Manage product preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
4. Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
5. Visit competitors and report best practices.
6. Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
7. Master knowledge of all product categories and leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
8. Collaborate with store management and advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
9. Implement store zonings for each product category and validate with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
10. Check store maintenance to ensure luxury retail standards and manage reordering of props and tools.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
