Louis Vuitton In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Collaborate with Store Directors and Product Specialists on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Develop store zoning plans for each product category in coordination with Product Specialists and Store Managers.
- Coordinate with Area VM and local suppliers for window and backlight installations, managing product changes for each rotation.
- Prepare and install new product displays according to global guidelines and business strategies.
- Implement VM concepts for in-store events and support related product actions.
- Capture and report photos of displays for each rotation, providing feedback to Country-Area VM.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust product zoning in collaboration with store teams.
- Ensure daily maintenance of VM standards, including lighting, product presentation, and cleanliness.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with multi-category brands including ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
