Louis Vuitton In-store Client Development Specialist

- Establish and maintain relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) by providing exceptional client experience events, activities, and in-store animations.
- Implement strategies to enhance client experience and increase client loyalty.
- Support the execution of effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to recruit new high-potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Relation (PCR) & Events team or external third parties to create strategies and experiences.
- Partner with other teams on planning exclusive events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and reactivate lapsed clients.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are applied and maintained across the client experience.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage budgeting and cost control for all activities with relevant teams, monitoring results and profitability.
- Support and execute with related staff to provide exceptional client experiences for private client relations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field may be preferred.
- Previous experience in F&B management or VIC treatment, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment, is required.
- Experience with menu development, vendor management, and financial analysis beneficial.
- Relevant training in F&B management or culinary arts also beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, communicate with clients, and negotiate with vendors.
- Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Exceptional client service skills to provide a personalized experience for VICs and build strong relationships that drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
A minimum of 7 years of experience, with previous roles in F&B management or VIC treatment in a luxury or high-end environment.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field may be preferred.
