1. Synergize and bridge relations between the store and corporate Client Development team.
2. Act as a store representative in developing market-wide client development initiatives.
3. Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into real clienteling experiences.
4. Review and unlock business insights from the store’s client data.
5. Plan the store's calendar of events, animations, appointments, and gifting arrangements.
6. Collaborate with Store Management to coach and monitor the store team's clienteling activities.
7. Oversee and become familiar with the store’s client profile book.
8. Seek information about competitors’ clienteling activities and events.
9. Foster a clienteling mindset through internal workshops and coaching sessions.
10. Ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary store experiences.
11. Apply Louis Vuitton brand promise and clienteling standards consistently.
12. Identify and leverage market best practices and innovative clienteling solutions.
13. Identify development opportunities and support in elevating Client Advisors’ skills.
14. Lead by example on the floor, inspiring Client Advisors.
15. Co-host or support during complex or critical selling moments.
16. Define the store’s client gifting strategy in partnership with the Client Development team.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and clienteling best practices.
3. Passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle, including the Louis Vuitton brand.
4. Client-focused mindset with high standards in quality and excellence.
5. Confident in external-facing work and enjoys building strong connections.
6. Highly presentable with stellar communication skills.
7. Coaching and team managerial experience preferred.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to propose new ideas.
9. Collaborative team player with a high level of empathy.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience in business analytics tools is a bonus.
11. Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin.
