- Synergize and bridge relations between the store and corporate Client Development team.
- Act as a store representative in developing market-wide client development initiatives.
- Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into real clienteling experiences.
- Review and unlock business insights from the store’s client data.
- Plan the store's calendar of events, animations, appointments, and gifting arrangements.
- Collaborate with Store Management to coach and monitor the store team's clienteling activities.
- Oversee and become familiar with the store’s client profile book.
- Seek information about competitors’ clienteling activities and events.
- Foster a clienteling mindset through internal workshops and coaching sessions.
- Ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary store experiences.
- Apply Louis Vuitton brand promise and clienteling standards consistently.
- Identify and leverage market best practices and innovative clienteling solutions.
- Identify development opportunities and support in elevating Client Advisors’ skills.
- Lead by example on the floor, inspiring Client Advisors.
- Co-host or support during complex or critical selling moments.
- Define the store’s client gifting strategy in partnership with the Client Development team.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and clienteling best practices.
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle, including the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Client-focused mindset with high standards in quality and excellence.
- Confident in external-facing work and enjoys building strong connections.
- Highly presentable with stellar communication skills.
- Coaching and team managerial experience preferred.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose new ideas.
- Collaborative team player with a high level of empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience in business analytics tools is a bonus.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin.
