1. Advanced knowledge in photography and retouching for e-commerce.
2. Strong understanding of colorimetry and ICC profile management.
3. Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Suite.
4. Ability to define and maintain compliance and quality standards.
5. Priority management and deadline adherence.
6. Pedagogical skills to support team development.
7. Knowledge of photogrammetry is a plus.
