1. Assist in monitoring and updating the training plan, including needs assessment, validation of training actions, and budget provision.
2. Contribute to the budgetary tracking of the training plan using SAP and reporting tools, including the creation of new suppliers and invoice management.
3. Manage training registrations with external organizations or internal trainers.
4. Compile and update training dossiers.
5. Organize on-site internal training sessions, including room bookings, preparation of attendance sheets, welcoming trainers, and managing breaks.
6. Support HR development projects.
7. Animate internal communication channels with innovative ideas, themes, slogans, and graphics.
8. Participate in the organization and anticipation of internal events such as site visits and employee events.

1. Currently pursuing a specialized Human Resources education at Bac +4 level.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
3. Genuine interest in training management, employee support, and HR project development.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
2. Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in Human Resources is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program at Bac +4 level.
