Louis Vuitton Human Resources Training Assistant

- Participate in the monitoring and updating of the training plan, including needs assessment, validation of training actions, and budget provision.
- Contribute to the budgetary tracking of the training plan using SAP and Reporting, including the creation of new suppliers and invoice management.
- Conduct benchmarking of external training organizations to align with training needs.
- Manage training registrations with external organizations or internal trainers.
- Compile and update training dossiers.
- Ensure the organization of on-site internal training sessions, including room booking, preparation of attendance sheets, trainer reception, and break management.
- Assist in the facilitation of internal training modules covering the history of the Maison, business economics, and environmental topics.
- Support HR development projects.
- Animate internal communication platforms with innovative ideas for themes, slogans, and graphics.
- Participate in the organization and planning of internal events such as site visits and employee events.
- Currently pursuing a specialized degree in Human Resources at a Bac +4 level.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, with a keen interest in training management, employee support, and HR project development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Demonstrated analytical and rigorous mindset.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
