1. Recruit talent autonomously in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
2. Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes related to employee lifecycle, coordinating with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team.
3. Update HR dashboards and reporting.
4. Support employee career development, mobility, and training, providing assistance to managers.
5. Contribute to HR cycle campaigns, including talent reviews, succession planning, and salary revisions.
6. Participate in the development and deployment of cross-functional HR projects.
7. Engage in store life by organizing briefings, events, and CSR initiatives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail environment.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
2. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
3. Interest in HR project management with the ability to structure, lead, and implement cross-functional initiatives.
4. Fluent communication in both French and English, written and spoken.
5. Partnering approach with a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
6. Rigorous and structured, capable of managing multiple tasks reliably.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Autonomous and proactive with the ability to seek appropriate support when needed.
