1. Monitor and manage monthly workforce productivity across stores, collaborating with HR teams and store management to identify staffing needs during peak periods.
2. Oversee temporary and external staff management, including agency relations.
3. Draft and distribute job postings, manage applications, and organize recruitment sessions for non-executive roles.
4. Facilitate onboarding processes, including offers, contracts, integration schedules, and probationary follow-ups.
5. Engage with educational institutions and participate in recruitment sessions for apprentices.
6. Launch and track talent development campaigns and organize manager schedules.
7. Coordinate team mobilities, including developmental missions and staff replacements.
8. Recruit and support apprentices and temporary staff, organizing training plans.
9. Conduct exit interviews and support managers in team development.
10. Administer personnel management, including administrative entries, exits, and mobility tracking.
11. Manage absenteeism and disciplinary actions, and communicate compensation policies.
12. Organize and implement HR processes and coordinate HR audits.
13. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and risk management policies.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Fluency in French and English
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Proactive and results-oriented
5. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment

A minimum of 5 years in Human Resources is required.
