- Deliver exceptional new hire experiences in alignment with Louis Vuitton's promise and branding guidelines.
- Prepare and administer the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires, including introductory briefings and integration into the Louis Vuitton family.
- Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning effective employee communications.
- Coordinate local employee events such as annual parties, team-building activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Provide professional consultation and advice to employees and address inquiries, grievances, or labor cases promptly.
- Support HR service functions, ensuring alignment with strategic business and HR goals.
- Manage HR systems, maintain database accuracy, and oversee personnel records.
- Handle work injury-related administrative processes and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain employee health checks and grooming benefits, managing relations with service providers.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing and coordinating interviews for retail positions and management trainee programs.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities, such as University Career Fairs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity.
- University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dynamic, open-minded, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships and maintain confidentiality.
Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner role within retail, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
