1. Support the deployment of the Skills Development Plan.
2. Participate in identifying training needs and researching suitable training solutions.
3. Manage the logistical organization of training sessions and administer training records.
4. Monitor and animate performance indicators related to training.
5. Gather requirements for the internship and apprenticeship campaigns.
6. Draft and publish job postings, review applications, and organize selection interviews.
7. Facilitate administrative management with educational institutions and OPCO.
8. Engage in school-related activities organized by the Atelier.
9. Contribute to defining and organizing the integration path for new entrants.
10. Support managers in monitoring probationary periods.
11. Participate in HR projects on-site and animate professional communities.

1. Enrolled in a BAC+4 level program in Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous.
3. Strong service orientation, reactivity, and meticulousness.

2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Exceptional written communication skills.
