- Participate in the design and deployment of various HR projects, including mobility initiatives, learning community activities, and talent development programs.
- Oversee and monitor HR development actions, including maintaining the talent pool and updating internal presentation materials and guides.
- Independently manage and coordinate the implementation of workshops and team-building activities, from needs assessment to content creation, communication, operational management, and deployment.
- Coordinate with various departments to support the deployment of HR initiatives to employees.
- Contribute to the monitoring of key HR indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of actions.
- Create internal communications, including articles, infographics, and newsletters for distribution through internal networks and mobile applications.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication from a business school or university.
- Previous experience in a corporate setting through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector, with a keen sense of excellence, attention to detail, confidentiality, creativity, and teamwork.
- Passion for learning, self-development, and curiosity about HR trends and innovations.
- Organized, meticulous, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficient in French (written and spoken) and fluent in English.
Entry-level experience, suitable for students with prior internship or apprenticeship experience.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication (in progress).
Includes participation in an integration day with new hires and two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
