1. Support the payroll technician in managing and organizing required tasks such as advances, birth leave, and variable pay components.
2. Participate in employee inquiries regarding advances, income tax, and payroll receipt clarifications.
3. Attend and contribute to weekly meetings to understand various procedures, projects, and action plans.
4. Propose actionable ideas for departmental development.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a related field, or a Master's degree specializing in Human Resources.
2. Ability to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of six months.

1. Proficiency in English and/or French.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of human resources and payroll processes is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program.

Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
