1. Independently recruit a segment of talent in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
2. Support employees in their professional development, including mobility and career advancement, while assisting line managers.
3. Contribute to talent review campaigns and succession planning.
4. Participate in salary review processes in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits teams.
5. Engage in cross-functional HR projects.
6. Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes related to employee lifecycle events in coordination with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team.
7. Contribute to HR budget management through data tracking, consolidation, and validation.

1. Previous experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment, talent development, or HR management.
2. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Interest in HR project management with the ability to structure, lead, and implement cross-functional initiatives.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
