Louis Vuitton Human Resources Officer

- Independently recruit a segment of talent in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support employees in their professional development, including mobility and career advancement, while assisting line managers.
- Contribute to talent review campaigns and succession planning.
- Participate in salary review processes in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits teams.
- Engage in cross-functional HR projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes related to employee lifecycle events in coordination with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team.
- Contribute to HR budget management through data tracking, consolidation, and validation.
- Previous experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment, talent development, or HR management.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in HR project management with the ability to structure, lead, and implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Partnering mindset with a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
- Rigorous and structured, capable of managing multiple tasks reliably.
- Collaborative spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to seek appropriate support when necessary.
Entry-level experience in human resources, ideally in recruitment or talent management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
