1. Maintain a harmonious social climate crucial to collective success.

1. Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of successful HR experience, particularly in an industrial setting.
3. Strong knowledge of social relations and a preference for fieldwork and partnership with operational teams.

1. Excellent listening skills, leadership, pragmatism, strategic thinking, rigor, and analytical skills.
2. Experience in team management.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on industrial environments.

Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources or a related field.
