Louis Vuitton Human Resources Manager

- Manage HR for Industrial and Supply Chain teams at the headquarters.
- Support diverse teams in a complex matrix organization.
- Implement HR strategy, ensuring excellent employee experience and talent development.
- Collaborate with HR experts to support team growth and development.
- Advise directors and managers on HR issues such as talent management and performance.
- Co-develop organizational changes with department directors.
- Lead talent and organizational reviews.
- Oversee recruitment, integration, and development processes.
- Identify potentials and implement individualized development plans.
- Manage internal mobility and succession planning.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as training and diversity initiatives.
- Propose continuous improvements to HR practices.
- Construct budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with commitments.
- Manage payroll and coordinate annual salary review campaigns.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of professional HR experience, ideally in a generalist role within a leadership team.
- Strong business acumen and sensitivity to industrial and supply chain challenges.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience managing a team of at least two people.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
- Proficiency in office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong command of HR tools and systems.
- Aptitude for talent selection and development.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Empathy and active listening.
- Organizational skills and foresight.
- Strong ethical sense and confidentiality.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to advise and coach effectively.
- Solution-oriented and conflict management skills.
A minimum of 12 years in human resources, with experience in a generalist role within a leadership team, is required.
Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
