1. Manage HR for Industrial and Supply Chain teams at the headquarters.
2. Support diverse teams in a complex matrix organization.

6. Co-develop organizational changes with department directors.
7. Lead talent and organizational reviews.

11. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as training and diversity initiatives.

14. Manage payroll and coordinate annual salary review campaigns.

1. Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 12 years of professional HR experience, ideally in a generalist role within a leadership team.
3. Strong business acumen and sensitivity to industrial and supply chain challenges.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Experience managing a team of at least two people.

2. Proficiency in office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Strong command of HR tools and systems.

A minimum of 12 years in human resources, with experience in a generalist role within a leadership team, is required.
