1. Serve as a principal Business Partner and Trusted Advisor, collaborating closely with HR experts in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Administration & Payroll, and Talent Development to support team growth and development.
2. Advise and support directors and managers on HR issues such as talent management, skill development, individual performance, and conflict resolution.
3. Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes, identifying potential and implementing individualized development plans.
4. Manage internal mobility and succession planning, and lead talent and organizational reviews (OMR).
5. Contribute to the design and implementation of cross-functional HR projects, including training, diversity, workplace quality, onboarding, and HRIS.
6. Propose continuous improvements to HR practices.
7. Construct budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to commitments, and oversee payroll and annual salary review campaigns.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Bac+5)

2. Strong business acumen with a keen interest in the fashion industry
3. Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
5. Competence in HR tools and HRIS
6. Strong recruitment and talent selection skills

9. Organizational skills with a sense of anticipation
10. High ethical standards and confidentiality
11. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
12. Ability to provide sound advice and coaching
13. Solution-oriented with conflict management skills

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in generalist roles.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
