- Serve as a principal Business Partner and Trusted Advisor, collaborating closely with HR experts in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Administration & Payroll, and Talent Development to support team growth and development.
- Advise and support directors and managers on HR issues such as talent management, skill development, individual performance, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes, identifying potential and implementing individualized development plans.
- Manage internal mobility and succession planning, and lead talent and organizational reviews (OMR).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cross-functional HR projects, including training, diversity, workplace quality, onboarding, and HRIS.
- Propose continuous improvements to HR practices.
- Construct budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to commitments, and oversee payroll and annual salary review campaigns.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Bac+5)
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen with a keen interest in the fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Competence in HR tools and HRIS
- Strong recruitment and talent selection skills
- Clear and effective communication

- Organizational skills with a sense of anticipation
- High ethical standards and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to provide sound advice and coaching

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in generalist roles.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
