- Lead the recruitment process in collaboration with the Recruitment & Development HR team, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and ethical standards.
- Understand business needs and propose relevant organizational structures.
- Oversee annual performance review campaigns, providing support and training to managers and employees.
- Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training plan in collaboration with managerial teams.
- Implement the annual talent and organizational review exercise to identify talents and support succession planning.
- Support employees in their career development and mobility projects.
- Cultivate a strong managerial culture by advising the executive committee and managers in decision-making processes.
- Ensure a harmonious social climate by maintaining quality dialogue with staff representatives.
- Conduct disciplinary procedures in partnership with the store's executive committee.
- Implement EMEA and/or France CSR actions and initiate local actions aligned with the global roadmap.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead HR budget exercises to ensure precise workforce management.
- Oversee annual salary reviews and ensure coherence in compensation strategies.
- Manage and develop the HR team within the store, ensuring alignment and growth.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in an operational HR role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and observational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal frameworks and labor law.
- Team management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Fluency in English.
