- Support managers in the implementation of company agreements and daily HR management.
- Ensure a successful integration of temporary employees and facilitate skill development in collaboration with managers and the HR development team.
- Maintain adherence to HR procedures and workshop practices.
- Co-lead health management topics with ergonomists and nurses.
- Ensure workforce movement consistency in collaboration with operational teams.
- Apply and enforce company agreements and current legislation.
- Facilitate dialogue with employee representative bodies and co-present social agreements.
- Prepare and follow up on CSE and commission meetings, including CSSCT, training, and professional equality.
- Organize and oversee professional elections.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for CSE meetings, adhering to regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with payroll managers to align HR practices.
- Manage HR administration, including disciplinary procedures, absenteeism tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in direct recruitment processes.
- Support employee development in collaboration with managers and the HR development team.
- Engage in career management with HR Development, including talent reviews, internal mobility, and high-potential identification.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in collaboration with relevant managers.
- Monitor absenteeism and propose preventive and corrective improvement measures.
- Ensure the management and tracking of various HR reports.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing site.
- Internal mobility possible for HR profiles or managers with expertise in workshop organization.
- Mastery of labor law regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening abilities.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in generalist HR roles, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resource Management or related field.
