Louis Vuitton Human Resources Workshop Manager

- Coordinate social aspects within workshops, liaising with managers and HR services including payroll, recruitment, training, and health coordination.
- Participate in operational meetings and maintain a presence in the field to engage with teams and address concerns.
- Ensure smooth integration processes and validate probation periods with managers.
- Support managers in HR-related decisions such as recruitment, evaluations, promotions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in collaboration with managers and the HR Manager.
- Implement and enforce social policies across workshops, ensuring alignment with managerial practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee representative bodies and participate in relevant meetings and commissions.
- Lead and monitor cross-functional HR projects, collaborating with other workshop functions.
- Manage career development processes including talent reviews and internal mobility.
- Oversee HR processes such as annual reviews and individual salary increases.
- Co-lead occupational health management initiatives with the occupational health nurse.
- Ensure alignment of payroll practices in collaboration with workshop HR and payroll managers.
- Conduct administrative follow-ups and manage personnel files and documentation.
- Monitor absenteeism and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Bac +5).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and result-oriented mindset.
- Interest in manual professions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
A minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role, ideally within a similar industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
