- Support managers in the application of agreements and daily HR management.
- Maintain a presence on the production floor to identify issues and anticipate HR actions.
- Ensure successful integration of temporary employees and facilitate skill development in collaboration with managers and the HR development team.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and workshop practices.
- Co-manage health and safety management topics with healthcare staff.
- Ensure workforce movements are consistent with operational needs.
- Implement and enforce company agreements and current legislation.
- Participate in dialogue with employee representatives and co-present social agreements.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings with the Works Council and various commissions.
- Manage payroll administrators and ensure alignment of HR practices.
- Oversee HR administration, including disciplinary procedures, absenteeism tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in the recruitment of direct workforce.
- Collaborate with managers and the HR development team to support employee development.
- Engage in career management with the HR Development Manager, including talent reviews, internal mobility, and high-potential identification.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in collaboration with relevant managers.
- Monitor absenteeism and propose preventive and corrective solutions.
- Ensure the management and tracking of various HR reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
- Strong regulatory knowledge in labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and discretion.
