1. Assist in comprehensive applicant management, including screening and communication with candidates and external partners.
2. Create and post job advertisements across various channels.
3. Independently coordinate telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews.
4. Conduct telephone interviews autonomously.
5. Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and optimizing processes.
6. Provide conceptual support for diverse HR projects.

1. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources and/or Organizational Management.
2. Initial practical experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
3. Reliable, meticulous, and structured work approach.
4. Trustworthiness and confidentiality.
5. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
2. Effective communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
