1. Support the entire applicant management process, including screening and communication with candidates and external partners.
2. Create and post job advertisements across various channels.
3. Independently coordinate telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews.
4. Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and optimizing recruitment processes.
5. Provide conceptual support for diverse HR projects.

1. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources and/or Organizational Management.
2. Initial practical experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
3. Reliable, meticulous, and structured work approach.
4. Trustworthiness and confidentiality.
5. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Proficiency in using recruitment and HR management tools.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Creative problem-solving skills.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
