1. Facilitate and participate in employer branding initiatives such as campus outreach and diversity hiring to position Louis Vuitton Singapore as an employer of choice among young talent.
2. Develop and implement various engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives for the Singapore office.
3. Ensure HR systems are consistently up-to-date and accurate, including performing data audits within HRIS systems.
4. Review employee handbook and policies, including employee benefits and staff welfare workflows.
5. Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of human resources-related reports, projects, and initiatives.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months starting July 2025.
