1. Understand and support various HR protocols and projects, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting.
2. Assist with employee inquiries regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll questions.
3. Collaborate on internal communication action plans within the production facility.
4. Support initiatives from other departments, such as occupational risk prevention campaigns.
5. Attend and participate in HR meetings to understand action plans.
6. Prepare departmental presentations.
7. Collaborate in identifying internal talent and organizing relevant training sessions.
8. Propose actionable ideas for HR development.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, or a Master's in Human Resources.
2. Ability to sign a six-month internship agreement.

1. Proficiency in English and/or French.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or master's program.

Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
