5. Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and optimizing recruitment processes.
6. Provide conceptual support for diverse HR projects.

1. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Organizational Management.
2. Initial practical experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
3. Reliable, meticulous, and structured work approach.
4. Trustworthiness and confidentiality.
5. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
4. Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
