1. Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Optimize staffing during peak periods in collaboration with team members.
3. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition.
4. Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
5. Assist in the integration of new employees by preparing employment documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
6. Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
7. Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
8. Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
9. Contribute to innovative HR projects, such as employer branding, process redesign, and onboarding initiatives.
10. Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
11. Facilitate HR communication within teams.
12. Support the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
13. Monitor and support the intern/apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Demonstrate rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
3. Show initiative and be proactive in proposing solutions.
4. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Enjoy interpersonal interactions and actively contribute to talent development.
6. Possess a creative mindset and strong writing skills.
7. Ideally have prior experience in a similar role.
8. Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
