- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Assist in the integration of new employees by preparing employment documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Contribute to innovative HR projects, such as employer branding, process redesign, and onboarding initiatives.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Support the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support the intern/apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Demonstrate rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Show initiative and be proactive in proposing solutions.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy interpersonal interactions and actively contribute to talent development.
- Possess a creative mindset and strong writing skills.
- Ideally have prior experience in a similar role.
