- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding follow-up.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing employment documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and track HR dashboards related to recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist in the management of interns and apprentices, including mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrates rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Exhibits initiative and a proactive approach.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoys interpersonal interactions and is eager to contribute to talent development.
- Possesses a creative mindset and strong writing skills.
- Ideally has prior experience in a similar role.
- Shows interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
