1. Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding follow-up.
2. Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
3. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
4. Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
5. Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing employment documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
6. Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
7. Maintain and track HR dashboards related to recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism.
8. Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
9. Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding and process redesign.
10. Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
11. Facilitate HR communication within teams.
12. Assist in the management of interns and apprentices, including mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Demonstrates rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
3. Exhibits initiative and a proactive approach.
4. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Enjoys interpersonal interactions and is eager to contribute to talent development.
6. Possesses a creative mindset and strong writing skills.
7. Ideally has prior experience in a similar role.
8. Shows interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
