- Autonomously manage the recruitment process for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job posting, candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in coordination with team members.
- Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain and update data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Track and update HR dashboards, including recruitment, headcount, and absenteeism metrics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, such as employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support interns and apprentices through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to contribute to talent development.
- Creative mindset with excellent writing abilities.
- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.
- Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
