- Manage the recruitment process for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums and school fairs.
- Contribute to the onboarding process by preparing employment documents and tracking probation periods.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and monitor HR dashboards, including recruitment, staffing levels, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Provide support to the HR team on daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support interns and apprentices through mid-term reviews and end-of-term assessments.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrates rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoys human interaction and is eager to contribute to talent development.
- Possesses a creative mindset and strong writing skills.
- Ideally has prior experience in a similar role.
