- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and hiring follow-up.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with teams.
- Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth HR onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects such as employer branding, process redesign, and onboarding.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support the intern/apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to contribute to talent development.
- Creative mindset with strong writing abilities.
- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.
