- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Manage in and out staff administration, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Oversee database and HRIS management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communications.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as HR tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
