1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage in and out staff administration, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communications.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree
2. Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous

1. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as HR tools
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
