1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage in-and-out staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.

Beginner level experience in human resources or a related field is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
