- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Manage in-and-out staff administration, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Oversee database and HRIS management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in another local language such as Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
