2. Manage in-and-out staff administration, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong command of English; proficiency in another local language such as Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is advantageous.

2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
