1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage staff administration processes including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll flow.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong command of English; proficiency in another local language (Dutch, French, or Nordic languages) is advantageous.

1. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
