Louis Vuitton Human Resources Intern

- Understand various HR protocols, projects, and indicators, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting, and collaborate on initiatives to reduce absenteeism.
- Participate in employee consultations regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on internal communication action plans for the plant.
- Support and collaborate with initiatives from other departments.
- Attend and participate in Human Resources meetings to understand action plans.
- Prepare departmental presentations.
- Support the HR Manager and other HR teams in identifying internal talent and organizing training sessions accordingly.
- Propose actions to be developed in the HR area.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, and/or a Master's specialization in Human Resources.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or master's program.
Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
