1. Understand various HR protocols, projects, and key performance indicators, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting.
2. Participate in employee consultations regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll inquiries.
3. Collaborate with the HR Manager on internal communication strategies within the plant.
4. Support initiatives from other departments.
5. Attend and participate in Human Resources meetings to learn about action plans.
6. Prepare departmental presentations.
7. Assist the HR Manager and other HR teams in identifying internal talent and organizing relevant training sessions.
8. Propose actionable initiatives within the HR domain.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, or a Master's degree specializing in Human Resources.
2. Ability to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months.
3. Proficiency in English and/or French.

1. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, ideal for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Study assistance of €8 gross/hour.
