Louis Vuitton Human Resources Intern

- Understand various HR protocols, projects, and indicators, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting.
- Participate in employee consultations regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on internal communication action plans for the facility.
- Support initiatives from other departments.
- Attend and participate in HR meetings to understand action plans.
- Prepare departmental presentations.
- Assist the HR Manager and HR teams in identifying internal talent and organizing training sessions accordingly.
- Propose HR-related actions and initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, or a Master's in Human Resources.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of six months.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR principles is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or master's program.
Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
