1. Understand various HR protocols, projects, and indicators, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting.
2. Participate in employee consultations regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll inquiries.
3. Collaborate with the HR Manager on internal communication action plans for the facility.
4. Support initiatives from other departments.
5. Attend and participate in HR meetings to understand action plans.
6. Prepare departmental presentations.
7. Assist the HR Manager and HR teams in identifying internal talent and organizing training sessions accordingly.
8. Propose HR-related actions and initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, or a Master's in Human Resources.
2. Ability to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of six months.

1. Proficiency in English and/or French.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proactive and collaborative mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR principles is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or master's program.

Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
