1. Understand various HR protocols, projects, and indicators, including daily and weekly absenteeism analysis and reporting, and collaborate on measures to reduce absenteeism.
2. Participate in employee consultations regarding vacations, leave permissions, and payroll inquiries.
3. Collaborate with the HR Manager on internal communication action plans for the facility.
4. Support and collaborate with initiatives from other departments.
5. Attend and participate in Human Resources meetings to understand action plans.
6. Prepare departmental presentations.
7. Support the HR Manager and other HR teams in identifying internal talent and managing training organization accordingly.
8. Propose actions to be developed in the HR area.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, and/or a Master's specialization in Human Resources.
2. Ability to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months.

1. Proficiency in English and/or French.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related field.

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.

Study assistance of €8 gross/hour.
