- Develop and coach managers through identifying development and training needs, and creating tailored action plans.
- Cultivate a culture of engagement and high performance to drive innovation and business growth, enhancing productivity and retention.
- Educate managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and communicate these to employees.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications for regional communication rollouts.
- Administer Performance Career Review campaigns to support team development.
- Oversee Organizational Management Reviews for talent identification, development, and succession planning.
- Work with Talent Development and HR leaders to maximize succession planning and development.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Retail Training teams to implement strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for retail and regional management positions, ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.
- Advise managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Conduct complex employee relations investigations thoroughly and in compliance with legislation.
- Partner with Compensation and Benefits Team for annual Individual Compensation Reviews.
- Ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration in line with local legislation.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a transferable industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local employee and labor relations laws and practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically.
- Adaptability to maintain composure and provide insight in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous work capability with multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a transferable industry, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development, along with a strong understanding of local employee and labor relations laws.
The appointed candidate will receive an annual salary ranging from USD $165,000 to $185,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
