1. Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored action plans.
2. Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, increasing productivity and retention.
3. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Louis Vuitton policies, communicating these to employees.
4. Partner with Internal Communications to roll out regional communications as needed.
5. Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign and the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to support talent development and succession planning.
6. Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans for retail and regional office management positions.
7. Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
8. Conduct complex employee relations investigations thoroughly and in compliance with legislation.
9. Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review annually and ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.

1. Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
2. Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
3. Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.

3. Deep understanding of performance management processes, including appraisals and development planning.
4. Ability to identify, develop, and retain talent within the organization.

Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the retail industry.

The basic salary for this role is $165k - $185k, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package.
