Louis Vuitton Human Resources Director

- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored action plans.
- Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, increasing productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Louis Vuitton policies, communicating these to employees.
- Partner with Internal Communications to roll out regional communications as needed.
- Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign and the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to support talent development and succession planning.
- Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans for retail and regional office management positions.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Conduct complex employee relations investigations thoroughly and in compliance with legislation.
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review annually and ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop managers and their teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes, including appraisals and development planning.
- Ability to identify, develop, and retain talent within the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration and partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the retail industry.
The basic salary for this role is $165k - $185k, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package.
