- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored action plans.
- Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, increasing productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
- Partner with Internal Communications for regional communication rollouts.
- Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign to support and drive team performance.
- Administer the Organizational Management Review (OMR) for talent identification, development, succession, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Development and other HR leaders to maximize succession planning and development.
- Identify training needs and work with Talent Acquisition and Retail Training to implement effective strategies.
- Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing a talent acquisition plan for retail and regional office management positions.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Conduct complex employee relations investigations thoroughly and in compliance with legislation.
- Partner with the C&B Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) annually.
- Ensure accurate employee compensation and administration of staff benefits in line with local legislation.
- Significant experience in a senior HR role, typically 10+ years, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in performance management processes.
- Ability to identify, develop, and retain talent.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development. Retail experience is highly preferred.
The basic salary for this role ranges from $165,000 to $185,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package.
